I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, although it was susceptible to early morning noise due to its proximity to the reception and stairs to the breakfast room. The room was good for the price, with a clean bathroom and complimentary water upon arrival. It was immaculately clean and provided a quiet environment.

The hotel is quite close to all tourist attractions and close to Santa Catarina street, the mall, and the train station, though a bit far from the old part of the city and the river. Restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.

The dining area, situated in the sub-basement, offered a variety of options including cold cuts, sliced cheese, whole fruit, various bread and rolls, cereals, jams, honey, and dairy products. The breakfast was overall okay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, the noise from the street and a child running around upstairs could be a bit bothersome. The service was excellent, with very kind and friendly staff.
